Refund policy
Returns made easy!
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. After 30 days, a 10% administrative fee will apply. Returns are not accepted after 90 days.
- No authorization is required for returning an item.
- Return/Exchange items must be unworn, unwashed with the original tags
- The customer is responsible to securely package merchandise for return
- When returning an item, please include a copy of your invoice indicating whether you prefer a Refund or an Exchange.
- To request a Refund, simply write "Refund" on the invoice.
- If you choose to Exchange, please specify the name of the skirt along with the desired size and length.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, while we will cover the shipping for the exchanged item.
- Free shipping for exchanges is available only once per invoice and is limited to the USA.
- There is no free exchange shipping for international destinations.

- Please check your order upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue.
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for Refund or Exchange. Before returning an item, please confirm that it is not a Final Sale item.
- Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the item.
- Customers will be automatically notified when the Refund is being processed. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
