Returns and Exchanges
US Domestic Orders
- Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified
- P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO deliveries ship via USPS Priority Mail
- Orders are processed for shipment within 48 hours
- Orders received Friday after 1 pm Pacific West Coast Time will ship Monday
- Orders received Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday
- No orders are processed or shipped on U.S. national holidays
- Allow 3-4 days for domestic delivery USPS excluding Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO
- Allow 5-8 days for domestic delivery for UPS Ground
- Overnight and 2-Day delivery is available upon request for orders placed by noon Pacific Time (PST)
- Orders shipped via USPS or UPS can conveniently be tracked online
- Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS. Shipping charges are calculated online direct by USPS when placing an order.
- Please note UPS charges a Customs Processing fee. This fee is payable by the customer prior to release of shipment.
- USPS First Class is the least expensive method of shipping to Canada and overseas. USPS First Class is available up to 4 lbs with limited tracking.
- USPS First class shipping takes 6-10 longer than USPS Priority or UPS shipping.
- We cannot be responsible for shipment delays at Customs.

- USPS First class is the most economical; available up to 4 lbs; tracking is limited. First Class shipping takes 6-10 days longer than USPS Priority.
Taxes & Duties
- Depending on the country of residence, additional taxes and duties may be assessed. Those charges are not reflected in the shipping charges. Duties and taxes for the account of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price
- Returns received after 30 days will be charged a 15% administration/restocking fee of the purchase price
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags
- Returns/Exchanges must be accompanied with a copy of the purchase invoice
- Returns/Exchanges without a copy of the purchase invoice will be charged a 10% administration fee
- The customer is responsible to securely package merchandise and pay return shipping
- Sorry no COD deliveries
- We pay for re-shipping the exchange one time per sales invoice within the USA only
- Customers outside of the USA are required to pay shipping on exchanged items
- No Returns/Exchanges after six (6) months
- No Return authorization is required provided all of the above requirements are met
- Enclose the original or a copy of the sales receipt to ensure your account is properly credited
